LAHORE: During the first convocation of Punjab Tianjin University of Technology (PTUT) in Lahore, Governor Baligh ur Rehman of Punjab praised China as a reliable ally of Pakistan, noting that China had provided unwavering support to Pakistan in times of need. The governor awarded degrees to the graduating class while presiding over the event, which was attended by a variety of notable figures, including Chinese Consul General Cao Ke, PTUT Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Abdul Sattar Shakir, Secretary Industries and Commerce Punjab Ehsan Bhutta, as well as faculty members and a large group of students.
