China and Pakistan kicked off a joint air force training exercise  within Chinese territory as part of efforts to further boost training and coordination between the two militaries and deepen their exchange and cooperation on military technology. A special court in Islamabad extended on Monday the physical remand of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi for another two days in the cipher case. The Federal Investigation Agency presented Qureshi before the court after the completion of a nine-day physical remand. During the hearing, Judge Abu Al-Hasanat Zulqarnain said that no more physical remand will be granted if no progress is made in the case.
