PM Shehbaz Sharif urges swift action on CPEC phase-II coordination

ISLAMABAD (PEN) : Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif emphasized enhanced coordination among ministries to accelerate progress on China Pakistan Economic Corridor II during a meeting in Islamabad. He stressed zero tolerance for delays in CPEC II completion and urged prioritizing Gwadar port’s functionality by importing via Gwadar. He expressed contentment with historic Pak-China economic cooperation and urged institutions to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes. Recognizing China as a steadfast ally, he instructed ensuring robust security for Chinese nationals.
