The two were photographed together at a lavish event in Washington, where they were seen affectionately holding hands and embracing.
The occasion was a grand White House dinner hosted by President Biden to welcome Kenyan President William Ruto and his wife Rachel. Natalie and Rafael’s presence stole the spotlight, with the young couple appearing as “soulmates” while posing for photographers on the red carpet.
Natalie, dressed in a cream-colored ball gown, was accompanied by Rafael, who looked dashing in a black tuxedo with a bow tie.
