ISLAMABAD (PEN) : On Monday, an Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Lahore extended the interim bails for Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan, the sisters of PTI founder Imran Khan, in connection with a vandalism case.
Judge Arshad Javed presided over the hearing of their bail pleas. During the proceedings, the PTI lawyer requested a day’s exemption from attendance, which the court granted. As a result, the sisters’ bails were extended until November 8.
It’s important to note that both Aleema and Uzma are facing accusations related to vandalism and the burning of a PML (N) office. This situation has drawn significant attention, highlighting the ongoing political tensions in the country
