ISLAMABAD (PEN) : President Xi noted that during President Zardari’s previous presidency, he set a record among Pakistani leaders in the number of visits to China. This is President Zardari’s first state visit to China since assuming office again, and President Xi extended a warm welcome to him.
China and Pakistan are ironclad friends and all-weather strategic cooperative partners. China is ready to work hand in hand with Pakistan on each other’s path to modernization, and speed up efforts to build an even closer China-Pakistan community with a shared future in the new era.
