ISLAMABAD (PEN) : Former Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani visited Lisbon, Portugal, to meet with Prince Rahim Aga Khan, the 50th Imam of the Ismaili community, and offer his condolences following the passing of his father, Prince Karim Aga Khan.
With a heavy heart, Sanjrani shared his deepest sympathies, describing the loss of Prince Karim as a loss not just to the Aga Khan family but to the entire nation, which had lost a true friend and a remarkable philanthropist. He praised the late Aga Khan for his immense contributions to Pakistan, highlighting the lasting impact of his work.
Sanjrani took a moment to reflect on Prince Karim Aga Khan’s lifelong commitment to philanthropy, emphasizing that his dedication to humanitarian causes would never be forgotten.
