ISLAMABAD (PEN) : President Asif Ali Zardari has emphasized that the rise of China should not be viewed as a threat to the world, but rather as a remarkable success story of progress and growth.
In a heartfelt interview with Chinese state media, the president reflected on China’s incredible transformation over the past four decades. He spoke with genuine admiration for the country’s rapid and sustained development, expressing how deeply impressed he was by the nation’s ability to uplift its people and economy.
“Every individual in China plays a role in the country’s success,” he said, recognizing the collective effort that has propelled the nation forward.
President Zardari also acknowledged China’s approach to international relations, praising the country for focusing on its own growth and avoiding interference in the internal matters of other nations. He expressed his belief that this approach has contributed significantly to China’s peaceful rise on the world stage.
