ISLAMABAD (PEN) : Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has extended an invitation to Bahraini investors, encouraging them to explore investment opportunities in Pakistan.
While meeting with a parliamentary delegation from Bahrain, led by Speaker of the Council of Representatives Ahmed bin Salman Al-Musallam, in Islamabad on Wednesday, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of increasing trade between the two nations.
He reiterated the strong, brotherly ties between Pakistan and Bahrain, built on shared faith, history, and culture.
The Prime Minister also spoke about the value of regular exchanges between parliamentary delegations, which play a vital role in strengthening people-to-people connections and boosting mutual cooperation.
Acknowledging the contributions of Pakistanis in Bahrain, Shehbaz Sharif highlighted their significant impact across various sectors.
In his remarks on the ongoing situation in Gaza, the Prime Minister called upon the Muslim Ummah to intensify efforts to support their Palestinian brothers and sisters, underscoring the urgent need for collective action to provide assistance during these challenging times.
