ISLAMABAD (PEN) : A tragic accident early Friday morning claimed the lives of at least eight individuals and left two others injured when a mini-van plunged into a nullah in Kasur. The incident occurred on Raiwind Road near Khara More, as the vehicle was returning from a wedding function.
The devastating crash resulted in eight fatalities, with the victims succumbing to their injuries at the scene. The two survivors were rushed to the hospital with serious injuries. Among the deceased were identified as Maqsood, Sunny, Saleem, Imran, and Laba.
Emergency services, including police and rescue teams, swiftly arrived at the site and provided assistance. They recovered the bodies and transported the injured to the hospital for treatment.
