ISLAMABAD (PEN) : The Department of International Relations at Government College University (GCU) Lahore hosted its annual dinner, attended by Consul Generals from China, Turkey, and Iran, along with distinguished guests. Chinese Consul General Zhao Shiren urged students to uphold integrity and contribute to China-Pakistan relations. Turkish Consul General Durmus Bastug emphasized growing educational and technical cooperation between Turkey and Pakistan, while Iranian Consul General Mehran Mohdfar highlighted cultural and academic collaborations. Students delivered speeches in Chinese, Turkish, and Persian, promoting international friendship, and a moment of silence was observed to honor national martyrs.
