ISLAMABAD (PEN) : Emirates has announced the addition of new destinations to its Airbus A350 network, extending its reach across the Middle East, GCC, Europe, Africa, and Southeast Asia. This move follows the increasing deployment of its newly delivered A350 aircraft.
New Routes to Serve Short- and Medium-Haul Markets
Emirates’ expansion is part of a broader strategy to enhance its short- and medium-haul services. Starting in June 2025, the airline will introduce several new A350-operated routes. These include six weekly flights to Tunis and a daily service to Amman, set to begin on June 1.
Additional A350 Services Planned for the Summer and Fall
In July, Emirates will begin daily flights to Istanbul and Dammam. Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam will also see daily A350 flights starting on August 1, followed by three weekly flights to Baghdad beginning August 3. Additionally, a daily service to Oslo will commence on September 1, 2025.
Strategic Expansion to Diverse Regions
The new destinations mark the first time the A350 will operate in Africa and Southeast Asia. According to Adnan Kazim, Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates, this expansion highlights the versatility and efficiency of the Airbus A350, enhancing Emirates’ presence in both established and emerging markets.
Future A350 Routes to be Announced
Emirates has hinted that further announcements regarding additional A350 destinations, including long-haul routes, will follow as more A350 aircraft join its fleet in the coming months.
This expansion solidifies Emirates’ commitment to strengthening its global network while maintaining flexibility and sustainability through its state-of-the-art A350 fleet.
