ISLAMABAD (PEN) : Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has strongly condemned the recent attack in Kalmat, Balochistan, that claimed the lives of six individuals, vowing to defeat the anti-state elements responsible for the deadly assault.
In his statement, the Prime Minister expressed deep sorrow over the tragic incident and extended his condolences to the victims’ families. He also offered prayers for the injured and called for the provision of the best possible medical care.
Investigation into the Kalmat Attack
PM Shehbaz directed the relevant authorities to conduct a thorough investigation to identify and bring the perpetrators of this brutal attack to justice. The incident, which occurred near Pasni in the Kalmat area, saw unidentified assailants target a group of passengers, resulting in the loss of six lives.
A Strong Message Against Anti-State Forces
The Prime Minister reiterated that those behind such cowardly and inhumane acts were enemies of peace and progress in Balochistan. He emphasized that their actions would not succeed in undermining the peace and stability of the region.
“These hostile elements will never succeed in their nefarious intentions,” PM Shehbaz said. “The government is fully committed to defeating these forces of terror and ensuring the safety and security of all citizens.”
