ISLAMABAD (PEN) : The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially confirmed that Bangladesh will visit Pakistan next month for a five-match T20 International series, scheduled from May 25 to June 3, as part of the ICC’s Future Tour Programme (FTP).
The series, initially planned to feature three ODIs and three T20Is, has been revised to include five T20Is instead. Both boards mutually agreed to the adjustment in preparation for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup next year.

The first two matches will be hosted at the historic Iqbal Stadium in Faisalabad on May 25 and 27, marking the venue’s return to international cricket after 17 years. The stadium last held an international fixture in April 2008, which was also between Pakistan and Bangladesh.
The remaining three T20Is will be played at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium on May 30, June 1, and June 3. All matches are set to begin at 8:00 PM local time.

The series is expected to play a crucial role in both teams’ build-up for the T20 World Cup, offering an opportunity to fine-tune combinations and assess player performances under competitive conditions.
