ISLAMABAD (PEN) : Police have filed a murder case after 17-year-old TikTok personality Sana Yousuf was fatally shot in Islamabad’s G-13 sector on Tuesday.
Incident Details and Investigation
According to officials from Sumbal police station, the attack occurred around 5 p.m. when an unidentified assailant entered Sana’s residence and fired multiple shots, striking her twice in the chest. The perpetrator fled the scene immediately.
Sana, originally from Upper Chitral, was swiftly transported to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) but was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. Her body has been sent to PIMS for a post-mortem examination.
Family Statement and Police Lead
The victim’s mother, who filed the complaint, stated, “We can identify the accused when we meet him,” indicating the family’s familiarity with the suspect.
Police sources indicated that the attacker may have been a guest inside the house at the time of the shooting. The motive behind the killing remains under active investigation.
