ISLAMABAD (PEN) : Light earthquake tremors were reported on Wednesday in Sibi and surrounding regions of Balochistan, prompting brief panic among residents.
According to the National Seismological Centre, the quake measured 3.2 on the Richter scale and struck at a depth of 23 kilometres. The epicentre was located approximately 24 kilometres northwest of Sibi.
Residents React to Sudden Tremors
The tremors caused alarm in local communities, with reports of people *rushing out of homes and buildings* as a precautionary measure. No immediate *casualties or damage* have been reported.
This incident follows similar seismic activity earlier in *June, when parts of **Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Malakand and Batkhela, experienced light tremors.
