ISLAMABAD (PEN) : A Chinese stacking enthusiast known as the “Card Architect” has made headlines after breaking four Guinness World Records in a remarkable display of balance, patience, and precision.
*Tian Rui, already known for his towering achievements in card stacking, reclaimed and set new benchmarks in both card and Jenga block structures*, impressing judges and audiences alike.
Record-Breaking Card Towers
Tian first entered the record books three years ago by constructing a 27-layer house of cards in under an hour. Although that title was later claimed by another contender, Rui returned with renewed determination. In April, he successfully reclaimed the record with a 32-layer tower* built in just one hour.
Not stopping there, he aimed higher — literally. Within the same month, Tian completed the *tallest house of cards constructed in eight hours, stacking an astonishing **62 layers*, setting a new world record.
Jenga Feats of Balance
After his card-stacking triumphs, Rui turned his focus to Jenga blocks. In a gravity-defying accomplishment, he balanced 3,149 standard Jenga blocks atop a single vertically placed block, securing another world title.
He followed this with yet another record — this time using Giant Jenga blocks. Rui managed to stack 918 blocks in a similar fashion, breaking a previously unchallenged record in the oversized category.
Years of Dedication Behind the Success
Speaking to Guinness World Records, Rui credited his achievements to relentless practice and mental focus. “It’s like second nature now,” he said. “I just flow through it.”
His remarkable run of record-breaking performances not only highlights individual talent and perseverance but also elevates the niche art of stacking into a global spectacle.
