LAHORE (PEN ) : Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz grants access to her official helicopter for emergency use for patients from remote areas.
Punjab CM Maryam has pledged to introduce air-ambulance service across Punjab very soon.
While presiding a meeting, Maryam Nawaz felt the pain and sufferings of patients and recalled her encounter with patient died from heart attack in Sargodha Hospital.
She asserted timely response was inevitable to save life, as patients lose life for not having timely access to hospitals.
Punjab CM has also announced to operationalize Rescue 1122 service on motorways.
It is worth noting that Maryam Nawaz is the first chief minister in any province in the country’s history. She has pledged for many people-centric projects, only time will tell when these projects become concrete reality.
