ISLAMABAD (PEN) : Pakistan and China have agreed to enhance bilateral relations, particularly in the automotive sector, as affirmed by Pakistan’s Consul General in Shanghai, Shehzad Ahmad Khan, at the 2024 Taizhou International Automobile Industry Expo. Khan highlighted the potential for technological collaboration between the two countries, focusing on knowledge sharing, capacity building, and sustainable practices in the automotive industry. The four-day expo, featuring 2,500 booths, showcases cutting-edge automotive products and technologies, with discussions emphasizing investment opportunities in Pakistan’s electric vehicle (EV) sector.
