Aamer Jamal, who was dealing with a hip injury, fought hard before being bowled by Brydon Carse for 37 runs, adding crucial runs alongside Noman Ali.
Noman Ali remains unbeaten on 29, while Pakistan looks to stretch their first innings total. Carse has been impressive with 3 wickets for 43 runs, while spinner Shoaib Bashir has also claimed a wicket.
The burst of early wickets by England, followed by a strong 49-run partnership between Jamal and Noman, has kept the match finely balanced.
