ISLAMABAD (PEN) : Pakistan’s Ambassador to China, Khalil Hashmi, emphasized the deepening of Pakistan-China cooperation in agriculture at a promotional and matchmaking event for Pakistan’s agricultural enterprises in the Yangling Demonstration Zone. This event, a prelude to the 31st Yangling Agricultural High-Tech Fair, highlighted bilateral progress in agriculture, food, and related fields. With Pakistan’s national pavilion showcasing agricultural products and advancements, the event promoted cross-border collaboration. The Yangling Demonstration Zone, a base for SCO’s agricultural cooperation, has strong ties with Pakistani institutions, fostering projects like the Sino-Pakistan Bio-Health Agricultural Park. Representatives from various Chinese and Pakistani companies discussed future opportunities in agriculture under BRI and CPEC frameworks.
