ISLAMABAD (PEN) : The 7th China International Import Expo (CIIE), held in Shanghai from November 5-10, underscores China’s commitment to economic openness and inclusiveness, said Pakistani Consul General Shehzad Ahmad Khan. Featuring over 3,496 exhibitors from 129 countries, including 77 nations in the National Pavilion Zone, CIIE promotes high-quality products and technologies from around the world. Pakistan achieved record participation with over 50 exhibitors across multiple sectors, leveraging CIIE as a unique platform to expand trade and foster partnerships under CPEC’s second phase. The consul general emphasized CIIE’s role in strengthening business, cultural, and B2B ties between Pakistan and China.
