The Foreign Office dismissed reports, including The Guardian’s claims on CPEC and Balochistan, as baseless, while China’s embassy strongly refuted remarks attributed to its diplomat. Highlighting mutual trust and cooperation, the embassy outlined China’s significant contributions to Gwadar and Balochistan, including infrastructure, disaster relief, and scholarships.
