ISLAMABAD (PEN) : Former Pakistani Minister for Information and Broadcasting Murtaza Solangi emphasized the enduring strength of Pakistan-China relations and unwavering commitment to the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). Speaking at the inauguration of the “Silk Roads Forum” in Islamabad, Solangi praised China’s consistent support for Pakistan, citing China’s developmental model as a blueprint for Pakistan’s progress. Senator Mushahid Hussain Syed highlighted China’s unique approach to global affairs, underscoring Pakistan’s privileged position as a beneficiary of China’s investment through CPEC since its launch in 2013. Syed credited CPEC with addressing Pakistan’s electricity crisis, generating employment opportunities, building infrastructure, and facilitating educational exchanges with China. He emphasized the transformative impact of Chinese investment and technology transfer on Pakistan’s development.
