ISLAMABAD (PEN) : Zhao Lijian, a spokesman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry, stated that China and Pakistan have agreed to exchange information with media outlets and think tanks as well as to promote cooperation schemes involving third parties in accordance with the existing consensus and to expand CPEC projects to Afghanistan. Additionally, he said that at the third meeting of the Joint Working Group on International Cooperation and Coordination under the CPEC held last week, both parties agreed they had a firm understanding of the CPEC’s overall development course.
