ISLAMABAD (PEN) : China expressed its concerns over the economic and trade restrictions imposed by the United States and made further responses on China’s production capacity at the fourth meeting of the China-U.S. economic working group in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday.
The meeting was co-chaired by Chinese Vice Minister of Finance Liao Min and U.S. Deputy Secretary of the Treasury Jay Shambaugh.
The two sides conducted “in-depth, candid, pragmatic and constructive” exchanges on the macroeconomic situation of the two countries and globally as well as the balanced growth, China’s Ministry of Finance said in a statement on Wednesday.
