ISLAMABAD( PEN) : After a gap of nearly seven months, PIA resumed passenger service on the Beijing-Islamabad route as PK-855 departed from Capital International Airport for Islamabad. Since last month, PIA has resumed commercial passenger flights between Islamabad and Xian as well as Beijing and Islamabad. However, the aircraft had to return to Islamabad from Xian because Beijing Capital Airport was closed to international passenger flights due to Covid-19 prevention.
