ISLAMABAD (PEN) : Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal stated that all available resources will be used to ensure that Chinese investments and businessmen are protected in the country. He told members of the Chamber of Commerce and notables in Gwadar that the current government values CPEC since it is the key to Pakistan’s success and prosperity. To develop the economy, Ahsan Iqbal promised that all available facilities will be offered to the merchant community on a priority basis. Earlier, the Planning Minister presided over a meeting in Gwadar to assess the progress of CPEC and other development projects.
