ISLAMABAD (PEN) : The Meteorological Department has predicted rain and hail at a few places today in Punjab and Balochistan.
As per the Meteorological Department, heavy rain is also expected in some places of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Kashmir, Islamabad and surrounding areas are expected to be cloudy with rain, and there is a risk of landslides in Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Murree, Gilat, Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan. , Swat, Chitral, Mansehra, Kohistan and local rivers of Kashmir are at risk of flooding.
In different cities of Punjab, including Lahore, the heatwave drops due to rain, and the weather becomes pleasant due to light and heavy rain in different cities.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in Islamabad, Punjab, North-Eastern Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa today and hailstorm a few places.
As per the PDMA, there is a chance of rain in some places in Lahore, South Punjab; however, there have also been clouds and rain in Malakand, Jacobabad, and Shikarpur, and there has been a hailstorm in Quetta.
